Chakra Balancing ExercisePlace your feet firmly on the floor (shoes off if possible). Straighten your spine. This may be done sitting or standing. Raise your arms above your head palms together. This aligns the Chakras. Lower your hands and place your left hand (nurturing) on the area indicated. Breath slowly and deeply, imagining the air going down and the colour filling the part of the body indicated. Allow yourself to feel the energy moving in a clockwise direction. This is a great exercise to do at the start of your day at the office or home or when things get a little hectic. Take a two-minute Chakra balancing break. You will feel better! Your higher vibration will allow you to attract more of what you want in your life. Note that we all have front and back chakras. Fronts chakra issues are related to your personal relationships (spouse, boy friend, girl friend, sister, brother, mother, father, grand parent, alive or dead).
