Medical IntuitionThe sides of the body affected play a key role in determining the origin of illness. The right side of the body refers to Father (doing, action, aggressive). The left side of the body refers to Mother (nurturing, lack of nurturing). Accidents don't just happen. There exists an underlying disharmony of mind, body and spirit, which sets up the situation. Medical intuition uses intuition which we all have and can develop plus knowledge of the body mind connection to put together a very good representation of the whole individual and what is taking place on the many levels of mind, body and spirit. My personal experiences have involved feeling the intense emotion or physical pain the client is or has experienced but is not recognising or is suppressing. Chakras, Organs Affected, Imbalances and Conditions of the BodySpecific organs and body parts affected, are a reflection of a Chakra imbalance. The following are the 7 main Chakras, the organs and physical imbalances/ conditions of the body.Base Chakras (Organs Affected and Conditions)
Sacral (Sexual) Chakra (Organs Affected and Conditions)
Solar Plexus (Organs Affected and Conditions)
Heart Chakra (Organs Affected and Conditions)
Throat Chakra (Organs Affected and Conditions)
Brow Chakra (Organs Affected and Conditions)
Crown Chakra (Organs Affected and Conditions)
All organs are affected when one is affected. Liver tends to have an angry component, Kidney a fear component, Lungs, (sadness and grief), Spleen (worry); Heart ( elation). The imbalanced emotional state can result in organ dysfunction as well, alternately organ dysfunction resulting in an emotional state. Knowing the organs within each Chakra helps in assessing what is really going on with the client. Chinese medicine has a system of determining the origin, and stage of illness, which truly looks at the individual, and the sum of all of the variables. The specific pulses, condition of the tongue, and body odor factor high in patient assessment. Western medical intuition can be a combination of eastern and western thought, paying attention not just to the patients' chief complaint but also to all the underlying factors. Posture, tone of voice, language, history, core beliefs need to be looked at. A clients' complaint of sore muscles (from working out), or (working on the computer) can, in many cases, be traced to a specific energy block in one or more of the Organ Meridians. Neck and shoulder pain are most often attributed to Gallbladder or Small Intestine. The same meridian imbalances can be detected in the legs, as well as verified on the soles of the feet. (Reflexology ). No two individuals with what appears to be the same condition should be treated the same. It requires an intuitive sense to put the whole picture together. When one understands the true origin of a condition they are already on the path to healing themselves. We are the true healers of ourselves. Case StudiesThroat Chakra, Lung, Large Intestine, Stomach, Tooth AbcessA client was on my table for a massage. I wasn't aware of any tension being in the neck area but I was aware that my throat was constricting. In trying to express my self I was having trouble coming up with the word I wanted to use. I was able to get out, "is there something that needs to be said to somebody about something" I was leaving it open to interpretation. "Your back Chakra is closed", I explained and "I'm feeling it, but its not me". The client agreed that there was probably something but did not go into detail. In recognising that there was something going on, the Chakra was able to open. That evening I began to develop tooth pain in a lower jaw problem tooth. The tooth pain escalated to an uncomfortable high I attempted to lessen it with some homeopathic remedies. Nothing was working. I resorted to Tylenols which relieved some of the tooth pain but resulted in stomach cramps and bloating a result of the codeine in the medication. I felt that there had to be an emotional component. Something that triggered the onset of what was to be diagnosed as a tooth abscess. I could not put my finger on it but I was open to knowing. Open to knowing is what we can say in any situation where we do not have the answer. The answer is out there already. It requires trust that the universe will provide us with the answer that will work for us, As apposed to needing the answer now, which is where the ego comes in and messes things up. I thought about my client who had something he needed to express that I had so easily picked up. What was it that I needed to express. I suppose there is a lot. It took a while before I decided to access the energy of my own Throat Chakra. The back Throat Chakra was shut down. Knowing that the back Throat Chakra is our Professional Center was the key to my understanding of what was going on with me personally. I was also aware that the tooth was in the path of the large intestine meridian. Both the lung and large intestines meridians on the arm were jitsu (energy blocks.) I was able to move the energy through and by holding a point between the thumb and pointer finger I was able to reduce the pain. NOTE: I had tried Reiki on myself but it did not work. See article How Reiki Works. It was for my higher good that the overall situation be resolved than for the pain to just go away. For some reason I decided to phone my dentist office at three in the morning knowing they would be closed. It was there that I got the emergency dental clinic phone number, which I was not even aware of, and I was able to get in that morning. The Universe knows what we require. Trust and Allow. The Amputated FingerJohn came to me for a massage. I did a Chakra assessment before he arrived and was aware that their was an imbalance in the crown and root chakra. With the Crown, which is our connection to spiritual, I felt there was an issue of not fully trusting in the Universe which always looks after us when we allow it. Only when the ego steps in and wants to control do our lives fall off course. The root Chakra tends to deal with our safety in the world in regards to family, being connected and supported. Partner support is also important to our exhistence, as well as our career job / direction in life. Not knowing any specific issues with him I suggested that he acknowledge the universe with a gratitude list, saying thank you for all that he has received. What I know and believe is that when we are grateful for what we have the universe will provide us with more of that which we desire. John replied that he would have a difficult time being grateful considering he had just recently cut off half a finger. I questioned root chakra issues and what came up was that there was a relationship conflict. My intuitive sense thought "finger pointing" What was going on at the time I asked. "Issues weren't being resolved and there was a lot of acusation and blame". Finger pointing resonated with him. In essence there was a heart Chakra issue. The arms an extention of the heart which when balanced reaches out to give. There was no love or respect nor self respect. Deep down he hated himself for being the way he was and in a state where his focus was on resentment and anger. Not being in the present and coming from a loving place cost him his finger. Many times we find ourselves with a cut from the slip of the knife or a bruise from a fall. Pay attention to where your thoughts were. Accidents usually only happen when our thoughts are elsewhere. Note that they are not random happenings. These are the messages we are sent from the Universe letting us know that we are not in alignment with our higher purpose. When our patterns are not changed because we do not recognise the message, the next cut may be deeper; the bruise a small fracture. |
