Spare Change for a Coffee?

That's a whole lot of change there days at the price of the coffee house conglomerate pricing. I don't do coffee. I love the flavor. Lots of sugar and cream. For me its like desert but unlike desert which I have on occasion I stay away from it. Let's face it. It's addictive and depletes our bodies of nutrients.

The healthy choice to begin your day and get your system in gear is hot water and juice of half a lemon. Need some flavour? Add pure unpasturized honey or splash of your favorite juice. If you arsolutely need that cafeine which you may until you can let go completely. Drink tea or have the coffee after you had a nutritious breakfast.

It makes you wonder when people don't have spare change for the starving people of the world yet can fork out $2.50 three times a day for the roasted bean which was picked by someone who probably doesn't make $2.50 a day.

Okay. So you've sworn off the raosted bean. Great!

Now, what to do with the old coffee grinder? Sell it for 5 bucks at your garage sale?

I have an idea. Lets use it for something healthy. It's now going to be our nut seed and spice grinder Seeds like flax which are incredibly healthy pass through our system undigested unless the hard outer shell is broken down, and we tend not to chew our food properly. Grinding releases the oils so our bodies can utilize them. One alternative is Flax oil.

Flax Seed (ground)

Intake 1 or 2 table spoons a day of ground flax.
