It travel up the inside of the center of the legs to the groin, through the digestive organs up over the ribs to the outer part of the chest, and ends underneath the armpits.The spleen is responsible for storing blood, forming antibodies, and producing white blood cells which help to fight off poisonous bacteria Menstruation is related to the spleen - pancrease meridian. The pancreas secretes enzymes that break down food into usable nutrients. It also regulated blood sugar levels by secreting insulin. The spleen transports energy to the lungs to nourish the whole body. If the Spleen - Pancreas meridian is damaged due to worry, excessive intake of sweets, or obsession the process of food transformation will be hindered.
